The telos

  • Colin bought his first piece of real estate at 25 years old, after a challenging personal season left him in debt, cashless and distressed. He’d lived in a rented room while getting his bearings, and didn’t accept that starting over meant he had to accept a disabled career trajectory.

  • After years of getting invited into fixing and growing performance-challenged service and retail businesses, Colin decided to stand up a real estate company that automates the rental management journey. This wasn’t a popular idea at the time, and despite doubt from established industry leaders, The Property Group was born.

  • Today, Way Capital holds interests across real estate, AI, healthtech and fintech businesses that stack into a portfolio of companies led by the same through-line driving Colin: people both deserve and are capable of more than they believe. Users, customers, staff, founders and investors alike.

    Way Capital rejects self-interest commercial models, partnerships or engagements and insists on backing or starting organizations who care deeply about servanthood through their niche.
